Ingredients
250 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | white sugar |
3 medium | eggs, well beaten |
3 tbsp | vegetable oil |
60 ml | water |
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, eggs and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Combine both mixtures. Stir well to combine.
Mix in 30 ml of the water and knead into a soft dough, using more of the water as necessary.
Cover dough with a tea towel and allow to sit at least 1 hour.
To use, divide into two parts and roll flat on a lightly floured surface. Brush with remaining oil and fill and bake as desired.
