Strawberry and Rhubarb Pie recipe

Ingredients
unbaked pastry for two pie crusts, top and bottom | |
500 g | rhubarb, chopped |
500 g | fresh strawberries, sliced |
40 g | flour |
2 tbsp | butter |
300 g | sugar |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Stir together sugar and flour. Place one of the pie crusts pastries in a pie plate for the bottom crust, and place the rhubarb on top. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture.
Repeat with strawberries and remaining sugar mixture so that you get layers of fruit and sugar. Place little dots of butter on top and close the pie with the pie crust.
Cut small slits in the top of the crust and bake for 40-50 minutes.
