Ingredients
180 ml | soy sauce |
120 ml | chicken broth |
80 ml | rice wine |
3 ½ tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | sesame oil |
¼ tsp | white pepper |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | ginger, minced |
2 tbsp | cornstarch dissolved in 60 ml water |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil and white pepper.Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and ginger; cook, stirring, about 15 seconds.
Add the soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens.
