Ingredients
500 g | pork, beef or chicken pieces, cubed |
1 kg | mixed vegetables – any of the following: |
carrots, peeled, sliced | |
kohlrabi, peeled, sliced | |
broccoli, sliced | |
cauliflower, chopped | |
celery, chopped | |
onion, chopped | |
cabbage, chopped | |
For the sauce: | |
240 ml | vegetable broth |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
ginger, grated | |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
3 tbsp | dry white whine |
1 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 tsp | cornflour mixed in 120 ml water |
Instructions
Fry garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat. Add meat and fry until cooked through. Remove meat.Add more oil and fry vegetables 4-6 minutes. Add meat, broth and sauces and bring to a boil. Add cornflour mixture to thicken.
Serving suggestions:Serve over rice.
Variation:Omit the meat for a vegetarian option.
