Ingredients
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
½ tsp | sea salt |
250 g | mangetout, trimmed |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
¼ tsp | sugar |
75 ml | chicken broth |
¼ tsp | sesame oil |
Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and add mangetout and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle in the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the sugar and cook for 10 seconds. Pour in the broth and simmer until the mangetout is just tender. Stir in the sesame oil and serve.Preparation time:
