200 g | mangetout |
2 tsp | sesame seeds, toasted |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
pepper | |
sugar |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Remove from the pan. Place the mangetout into the pan and stir-fry over high heat for a minute. Return the garlic. Season to taste with soy sauce, sugar and pepper.Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
