Ingredients
750 g | sirloin steak, fat trimmed off, cut into thin pieces. |
2 tsp | vegetable oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic. minced |
1 tsp | vinegar |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
1 large | tomato, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a large frying pan and sautee garlic for 1 minute. Add steak, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring beef until brown.Add onion and tomato and cook for further 3 minutes, whilst stirring.
