Ingredients
120 ml | orange juice |
70 g | raisins |
60 ml | soy sauce |
60 ml | white vinegar |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | orange zest, grated |
2 tbsp | tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | chili sauce |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.Purée mixture in a blender and pour into a bottle. Cap tightly and refrigerate. Use within 90 days.
