Ingredients
1 kg | Flank steak |
2 medium | onions, thinly sliced |
200 g | bacon, chopped |
60 ml | water |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Trim fat off steaks and season with salt and pepper.Mix together onion and bacon and spread over each steak. Roll steaks and secure rolls tightly in several places with string.
Put steaks into slow cooker, add water, cover, and cook over low heat for 8 hours.
