Ingredients
1. Boneless chunk steak 3/4inch thick (3lb)
2. olive oil (1 1/2tbsp)
3. minced garlic (2cloves)
4. crushed tomatoes (1can)
5. basil (1/2tbsp)
6. oregano (1/2tbsp)
7. sliced onion (1)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation
1. Take a large and deep frying pan. Put olive oil in it and heat it. Take boneless chunk steaks and cut it into serving size pieces. Fry the steak in the pan from both sides and then add garlic and onion in the pan.

2. Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add the remaining ingredients like basil, oregano, crushed tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients in it and cook over low heat or simmer.

3. Cover the fry pan and cook it for about 2 hours until the meat gets tender. Serve it with rice or pasta.
