Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until soft, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash the squash with an electric mixer in a large bowl, add the eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add the onion and remaining ingredients and combine well.
Turn the mixture into a greased pie plate. Spoon the squash mixture into the plate and smoothen the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
