Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 4 (1-inch thick) tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 head savoy cabbage, shredded
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- Hot sauce
- 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Stir grill seasoning, cumin, paprika, and chili powder together in a bowl to make a spice rub for the tuna steaks. Pat onto tuna steaks on both sides.
2. Pour oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Cook cabbage in hot oil for about 5 minutes to soften. Add scallions and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Pour into a bowl and cover with foil.
3. Preheat a clean large skillet over high heat. Add tuna steaks and cook for about 3 minutes on each side for just a little more cooked than rare. Slice thinly.
4. Pulse avocados, cream, and lime juice together in a food processor until smooth.
5. Stuff tortillas with tuna, cabbage, and avocado mixture. Serve.
