1 pinch(es) | freshly grated lime peel |
1 tsp | caster sugar |
1 small | fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced |
3 tbsp | fish sauce (Nam Pla) |
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the lemon juice and the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the fish sauce, lime peel and chili.Best served with chicken or prawn.
