|200 g||soft butter|
|2 tbsp||baking powder|
In a bowl mix eggs, butter and sugar. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve on top of the egg cream and fold in. Stir in milk.
Fill into muffin tins. Bake at 175°C (hot air) for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. For variation you can add fruits, nuts or chocolate bits.
