Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 8 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Stir vinegar, soy sauce, onion, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and salt together in a bowl. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag and add the salmon; seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to high and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove salmon from marinade and set on the grate. Close lid and cook for about 8 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and is opaque. Serve.
