Ingredients
500 g | pasta |
2 head(s) | broccoli |
2 large | red onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
100 g | bacon, diced |
8 | anchovy fillets, chopped |
6 tbsp | oil |
2 | dried chillies, seeded and chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a pan, heat the oil and fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Add the onions, garlic and the chillies and cook stirring for some minutes. Add the anchovies and a ladle of the cooking water of the pasta and cook over low heat for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Cook the broccoli in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain the broccoli and the pasta and combine both with the bacon mixture. Toss gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley.
