Ingredients
5 | chicken thighs, bones and skin removed |
For the marinade: | |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
10 ml | onion powder |
2 tbsp | honey |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
5 ml | ginger |
1 tbsp | salt (level) |
Instructions
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the meat. Toss to coat all the chicken pieces. Let soak for 1-2 hours.Heat a non stick pan on medium high. Add the chicken and lower the heat to medium low and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
