this is a good quiet dinner with the family meal;good at that time when summer is becoming fall.

Ingredients
Serves: 3- 1/2 quart water (only if tamato fresh not can)
- 1 diced tamato
- 1/2 sliced green pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 2lb diced grilled fish
- 20-35 half sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp yellow curry
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 1 min, cooling1. grill fish
2. add grilled fish and other veggies to pot but not mushrooms yet… cook for 10ish on med-high then add spices and mushrooms
3. light biol….simmer
