Ingredients

16 slice(s)	brown toast
500 g	beef mince
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
	cayenne pepper
1 tbsp	oil
1 bottle(s)	BBQ sauce
3	red onions, chopped
16 slice(s)	bacon, halved
300 g	mozzarella cheese, roughly chopped

Instructions

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the minced meat until brown and crumbly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the toasts with BBQ sauce and divide the minced meat, onions, bacon and Mozzarella on top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
