500 g | beef mince |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |

1 tbsp | oil |
1 bottle(s) | BBQ sauce |
3 | red onions, chopped |
16 slice(s) | bacon, halved |
300 g | mozzarella cheese, roughly chopped |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the minced meat until brown and crumbly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the toasts with BBQ sauce and divide the minced meat, onions, bacon and Mozzarella on top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
