Ingredients
450 g | beef mince |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 large can(s) | refried beans |
300 g | cheese, grated |
1 pack(s) | Tortilla Chips (Nachos) |
1 small | chili, seeded and sliced |
salt and pepper | |
chili powder | |
salsa | |
oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a pan, fry the beef mince and onion in oil over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Mash the beef mince with a fork, then transfer into a sieve and drain.
Arrange the nachos on a lined baking tray. Coat with the refried beans. Top with the beef mince and some salsa sauce. Sprinkle with the chili and cheese.
Bake until the cheese has melted. Allow to cool before serving.
