Ingredients
200 g | Tortilla Chips (Nachos) |
350 g | beef mince |
1 bottle(s) | salsa |
1 can(s) | kidney beans, drained |
2 | onions, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
200 g | grated cheese |
salt and pepper | |
some | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Fry the onion, garlic and beef mince in oil over medium heat until the meat is browned and crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the nachos in a casserole. Cover in layers with the beef and onion mixture first, then with the kidney beans, then the salsa. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with bread and sour cream or crème fraîche.
