Ingredients
For the pancakes: | |
200 g | spelt wholemeal flour |
200 ml | sparkling water |
100 ml | milk |
2 medium | egg |
1 dash(es) | salt |
For the Filling: | |
450 g | frozen spinach |
200 g | sheep’s milk cheese |
nutmeg and pepper |
Instructions
Mix flour, water, milk, eggs and salt. Let stand for 20 minutes in the fridge. Defrost spinach.In a frying pan bake 3 pancakes.
Heat spinach and season to taste with nutmeg and pepper.
Fill 2 pancakes with spinach and feta. Cut third pancake in stripes and serve with the filled pancakes.
