Ingredients
1 kg | fish fillet, cut into pieces |
750 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
500 g | tomatoes |
300 g | peas, frozen |
3 | onions, slliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 glass(es) | Spanish red wine |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
nutmeg | |
marjoram | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the garlic, potatoes and onions. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and marjoram. Cover with fish and peas and season with salt and nutmeg. Divide the tomatoes on top and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour over the wine, cover and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
