Serves: 4- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
- 1 pound boneless, lean lamb-leg steaks, each steak cut into 4 pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pound carrots, thickly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 2 cups hot vegetable stock
Preparation method
