Ingredients

some | olive oil |
sea salt | |
pepper | |
5 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
some | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Cut the eggplants in half, slice them lengthwise and cut stripes into their meat.Put them in a greased oven dish with the inner side up. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and the chopped garlic.
Now pour some olive oil on them or brush them with it.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, then brush again with some olive oil and sprinkle with parsley. Bake again for 20 minutes and serve hot.
