Ingredients
2 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
4 | carrots, sliced |
250 g | Gorgonzola cheese, cubed |
salt and pepper | |
400 g | spaghetti |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tsp | oregano |
250 ml | milk |
2 tbsp | single cream |
some | nutmeg |
1 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Sauté the carrots and the leek for some minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Stir in 1 tablespoon of water and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, heat the milk. Stir in the cheese and the cream. Cook until the cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Serve the pasta with the vegetables and the Gorgonzola sauce.
