500 g | spaghetti |
60 g | sun-dried tomatoes in oil, diced |
8 large | black olives, stones removed and chopped |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
1 can(s) | tuna in oil |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
lemon juice | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the tuna, olive oil, tomatoes, olives and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain. Mix together the cooked pasta and the tuna sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the parsley.
