Ingredients

400 g	spaghetti
	salt and pepper
3 clove(s)	garlic, thinly sliced
3 medium	red chilies, seeds removed and diced
200 g	green olives, stones removed and chopped
200 g	black olives, stones removed and chopped
4 tbsp	olive oil
1 tbsp	anchovy fillets, chopped
3 tbsp	honey
2 tbsp	thyme, finely chopped

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the garlic until golden. Add the chilies, olives, anchovies, honey and thyme. Simmer for 2-4 minutes. Season to taste with pepper.

Toss the spaghetti in the sauce and serve immediately.
