Ingredients
400 g | spaghetti |
salt and pepper | |
3 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
3 medium | red chilies, seeds removed and diced |
200 g | green olives, stones removed and chopped |
200 g | black olives, stones removed and chopped |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | anchovy fillets, chopped |
3 tbsp | honey |
2 tbsp | thyme, finely chopped |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the garlic until golden. Add the chilies, olives, anchovies, honey and thyme. Simmer for 2-4 minutes. Season to taste with pepper.
Toss the spaghetti in the sauce and serve immediately.
