Ingredients
500 g | broccoli, in florets |
1 | onion, roughly chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 glass(es) | dry red wine |
60 g | freshly grated old Pecorino cheese |
50 g | black olives |
2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |

Instructions
Heat the oil and sauté the onions until lucent. Add the broccoli and cook stirring for a minute. Add a dash of water and a pinch of salt and cook until the water has evaporated. Then add the red wine and cook until the broccoli is cooked to your liking. Add the Pecorino and the olives and toss.Serve with poultry or lamb or as a vegetarian dish with pasta.
