Ingredients
200 g | spaghetti |
400 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
200 g | cream cheese, with herbs |
1 can(s) | tuna |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | oil |
some | milk |
basil, finely chopped | |
salt | |
cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.Heat the oil in a large pan or a wok and fry onions and garlic until translucent. Add the cream cheese and a dash of milk and cook stirring for a minute.
Drain the tuna and pick to pieces. Add to the sauce, together with the tomatoes. Turn down the heat and season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and toss. Serve immediately, sprinkled with basil.
