- Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexicorncorn
- 2 small cans chopped green chilis
- 1 medium jar pimentos
- 4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients and pour into Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
