Mom's popovers recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans. Mix eggs, add milk and flour, and pour into pan. Place in oven and leave 30 minutes; do not open oven. After 30 minutes, open and prick popovers and leave at 350 degrees for 15 more minutes to brown.
