Ham loaf recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 pounds smoked ham, ground
- 1 pound fresh ground pork
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
- Pinch of sage
- Garlic cloves
Mix all ingredients except garlic and place in greased loaf pan. Slice garlic and place on top of shaped loaf. Place loaf pan in another pan half-filled with water.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan and refrigerate. Slice when cold but serve warmed or browned slightly in skillet.
