- Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 dozen eggs (or equivalent amount of Egg Beateregg substitute)
- 1/4 pound of your favorite sausage (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Cilantro and guacamole for garnish
