Ingredients
4 medium | eggs, yolks and whites separated |
8 tbsp | flour |
2 tbsp | sugar |
240 ml | sour cream |
Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside.Beat egg yolks until thick. Add flour sugar and sour cream and mix well.
Fold in egg whites.
Ladle batter into a greased frying pan and cook for about 1 minute on both sides.
