sour cream chili bake recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | ground beef |
350 g | kidney beans, drained |
400 ml | Enchilada sauce, see databse |
300 ml | tomato sauce |
200 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 small | onion, chopped |
240 ml | water |
240 ml | sour cream |
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Transfer meat to a slow cooker and stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 100g of cheese, onion and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.To serve top with sour cream and remaining cheese.
