Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 1/4 pounds raw salmon filet
- to taste sea salt
- 4 1/2 pounds tomatos, cubed
- 8 red onions, chopped
- to taste chili powder
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. Cube the salmon and put it in a salad bowl. Add sea salt and rub it in. Add the tomatoes and onions. Season with chili powder; stir well.
2. Cover and let bowl sit in the fridge for at least one hour (or more).
