This recipe (inspired by Hawaii) is quite good for hot summer days and it doesn’t take too long to prepare.
My boyfriend’s work pals and his boss loved it!
Ready in: 1 hour 10 mins
- 2 1/4 pounds raw salmon filet
- to taste sea salt
- 4 1/2 pounds tomatos, cubed
- 8 red onions, chopped
- to taste chili powder
Preparation methodPrep: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling
1. Cube the salmon and put it in a salad bowl. Add sea salt and rub it in. Add the tomatoes and onions. Season with chili powder; stir well.
2. Cover and let bowl sit in the fridge for at least one hour (or more).
