- Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mashed bananas (4 large)
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup sour cream
Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add mashed bananas, nuts and sour cream, and mix. Bake in 3 small greased loaf pans in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
