smoked salmon quesadilla recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 pound smoked pre-slice salmon
- 3 pippin apples
- 2 red onions
Heat 2 tortillas on a dry skillet, turning often to prevent them from becoming hard. When both tortillas are warm, spread cream cheese on one side of each tortilla (this keeps the fillings from slipping out). Top the cream cheese with thinly sliced apples, onion, and pieces of smoked salmon. Sandwich the two tortillas together. Slice in pie shaped wedges.
