Ingredients
Serves: 24- 12 eggs
- 6 ounces smoked salmon
- 6 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay(R) Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 tablespoons thin sliced chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- paprika for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 10 mins1. Hard boil the eggs, cut into halves length wise. Discard the yolks. Clean eggs with cool water to remove any remaining yolk. Set aside.
2. In a food processor, combine remaining ingredients. Mix till combined but not over mixed.
3. Pipe into your eggs, and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for at least 30 Min.
