Ingredients
½ cup(s) | wine vinegar |
8 | juniper berries, crushed |
10 | peppercorns, crushed |
4 | shallots, sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
cayenne pepper | |
1 cup(s) | mayonnaise |
Instructions
In a saucepan combine the vinegar, juniper berries, peppercorns, parsley and shallots. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.Stir in the mayonnaise and season to taste with cayenne pepper. Allow to steep for 30 minutes before serving.
