Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 lb boneless chuck steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose steak seasoning
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushroom, drained
- 2 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets(R) Savory Herb with Garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. In slow cooker, toss beef with flour. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
2. Cook covered on Low for 8 to 10 hours (or on High for 4 to 6 hours) until meat is tender.
3. Stir in sour cream. Serve.Serving Suggestion
Serve over hot cooked noodles or white rice.
