Very simple and easy. Just prep it in the morning and it’ll be ready when you get home from work. Just boil up a pot of noodles to go with it and you’re ready to eat!
Ready in: 8 hours 10 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 2 lb boneless chuck steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose steak seasoning
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushroom, drained
  • 2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets(R) Savory Herb with Garlic
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours

1. In slow cooker, toss beef with flour. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
2. Cook covered on Low for 8 to 10 hours (or on High for 4 to 6 hours) until meat is tender.
3. Stir in sour cream. Serve.Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked noodles or white rice.
