Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 – thawed beef sirloins, approx. 16 ounce ea.
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup coarse black pepper
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 1 – stick butter
Preparation method
Prep: 13 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Start oven broiler. Using a standard broiler pan, fill the bottom of the pan with approx. 1/2 cup of water. Place the steaks on the pan. Sprinkle the top of the steak with Worcestershire sauce, poke easily with a fork.
2. Mix your garlic powder, coarse black pepper, sea salt, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Rub the dry mixture on the the top side of the steaks. Take half of the stick of butter cube and place evenly over the top of both steaks. Place in the broiler for approx. 6.5 mins.
3. Remove the steaks from the oven, flip, add the remaining Worcestershire sauce, rub with dry mixture, and now spread evenly with cayenne pepper. Use the other half of the stick of butter, cube and place evenly over the top of the steaks. Return to the oven for the remaining 6.5 mins. Enjoy!!
