Simple Turkey Stuffing recipe

|1 loaf(s)||French bread, cut into cubes|
|1 large||onion, chopped|
|½ tsp||poultry seasoning|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|150 g||mushrooms, chopped|
|120 ml||vegetable broth|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Sauté onions and garlic in the butter over medium heat, 1 minute. Add mushrooms and sauté for further 2 minutes. Transfer to bowl.
Shred bread into small pieces and add to the bowl, tossing together until mixed.
Add broth slowly while mixing.
Add eggs and add the seasoning and some salt and pepper.
Use to stuff the turkey or place in a pan and bake at 150°C for 45-50 minutes to make a side dish.
