Ingredients:
6 slices white bread
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch of salt
3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups of milk
Instructions:

Break up the bread and add grated cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
