Delicious yet simple beef stroganoff. The longer it simmers, the more the flavors come together. But excellent as a quick meal also.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain thoroughly. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mushrooms. Lower heat to low and let simmer for at least 45 minutes. If you have the time and want to simmer longer it just seems to get better.
2. Cook noodles according to package directions right before serving. Ladle on the beef stroganoff and enjoy.
