Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar or equivalent substitute
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup milk or water
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2. Use 2 bowls. In one bowl, whisk all-purpose and whole wheat flours together. In the other bowl, mix 1 cup of whisked flours and remaining ingredients.
3. Gradually add 2nd cup of whisked flours until dough leaves the side of the container. Use your hands to knead and form a ball.
4. Evenly spread out onto a 12 inch greased pizza pan (no rolling necessary). Top with your favorite sauce, cheese and toppings.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
