Ingredients
Serves: 1- Ice
- 2 ounces cognac
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- Superfine sugar for rimming glass
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Remove the glass from the freezer, rub the rim with a slice of lemon, and dip the rim in sugar. Shake the cocktail vigorously and strain into the sugar-rimmed glass.
