Ingredients
225 g | bacon |
6 large | raw shrimps |
125 ml | minced fish |
1 tsp | cornstarch |
1 tsp | egg white |
salt | |
oil |
Instructions
Cut bacon slices in half crosswise. Shell shrimps, remove veins, wash and chop.Mix with mince, corn starch, egg white and salt.
Put one heaping teaspoon of mixture on half slice bacon and wrap around twice.
Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
