Shrimp Supreme Baked Eggs recipe

- One 10.5-ounce can shrimp soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 eggs
- 12 fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Grease 8 ramekins. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute chopped mushrooms in butter. Add shrimp soup. Mix in 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes. Divide sauce evenly among the 8 ramekins. Break 2 eggs on top of sauce in each ramekin. Bake in 400-degree oven 15 minutes. Serve with toast.
